PacWest Magazine, The TV Show kicks off fall season tonight (Oct. 18)

HONOLULU, HI – The new season of PacWest Magazine, The Television Show, premiers on OC-16 in Honolulu tonight (Tuesday, Oct. 18) at 8 p.m. HST.

Commissioner Bob Hogue, co-host Malia Smith, and Director of New Media Wayne Coito take a look at the people and places around the Pacific West Conference.

The show is written and produced by Coito and Hogue, while Coito serves as the program’s editor.

This week's show features the recent PacWest Student Athlete Advisory Committee retreat in Waikiki, a look back at Jet Chang's incredible performance for BYU-Hawaii during the 2010 NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Elite Eight, and highlights of PacWest volleyball.

The program also will highlight Notre Dame de Namur soccer and feature Daveson Marindich, one of the outstanding cross country runners who competes for the Academy of Art men’s team.

In addition to the Tuesday night premier, the show is rebroadcast on OC-16 throughout the week. Please consult the station’s website for repeat airings of the program.

The weekly show airs through early December and returns in February and March for its winter edition. It is will be available online at www.oc16.tv PacWest Magazine, The Television Show, is available to air on cable TV outlets and public access stations throughout the Western United States and Hawai‘i.
