8.2 - PENALTY FOR BREACH OF SPORTSMANSHIP/ETHICAL CONDUCT PRINCIPLE

8.2.1 - Whenever the Commissioner concludes that there has been a violation of this regulation, he/she shall impose a penalty which he/she deems appropriate.

8.2.2 - Whenever the Commissioner decides to impose a penalty, he/she shall first give notice of the decision to the individual(s) and the institution(s) involved.
