Stankiewicz, in his rookie season with the Antelopes, has Grand Canyon playing solid ball with a 12-12 conference record and a 15-16 overall mark.

Mendoza hit .636 in a four-game series vs. Hawai‘i Hilo last week that GCU won 3-1. He was 7 for 11 at the plate with five runs scored, five RBI, three doubles and a .909 slugging rate. He also had a .733 on-base average and reached first four times after getting hit.
