Full episodes of PacWest Magazine, The TV Show now available on conference website
HONOLULU, HI – The Pacific West Conference is now
airing full episodes of PacWest Magazine, The Television
Show, on the PacWest website.
Wayne Coito, the director of new media for the league, has revamped the episodes with new openings that are posted on the conference’s YouTube site and available for complete view on the front page of the PacWest website.
“Previously, we were limited to putting segments of the show onto the YouTube site,” Coito explained. “However, now our fans can watch enitre episodes on our own website.”
Past episodes will be uploaded to the conference website at www.thepacwest.com throughout the coming weeks with announcements following that will described the episodes.
Commissioner Bob Hogue, co-host Malia Smith, and Coito are the hosts of the program and take a look at the people and places around the Pacific West Conference. The show is written and produced by Coito and Hogue, while Coito serves as the program’s editor.
Episode 3 from Season 9 is currently playing on the PacWest website and features Jet Chang and Junior Ale of BYU-Hawaii as the Seasiders take on Hawai‘i Hilo in men’s basketball.
The show also provides a spotlight on Brent Curry of Hawai'i Pacific, who tells his interesting tale of how he ended up at HPU, along with highlights from the Dixie State men's basketball game in La'ie vs. BYU-Hawaii.
The Hey Jane! segment talks about Division II's partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, while a feature shows off the new athletic complex at Dominican University of California.
