Dominican's revamped athletics website offers new content, improved navigation
SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - The department of athletics at
Dominican University of California, in conjunction with SIDEARM
Sports, has launched a redesigned Athletics website.
The newly-designed site features all of the content that Penguins'
fans have come to expect, as well as a dynamic scoreboard and quick
links to Dominican athletics' social media offerings through
Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
A redesigned navigation bar and integrated video player make it
easier for fans to quickly access the information that they are
looking for.
“This project is the result of input from our
student-athletes, coaches, staff, fans, alumni and the team at
SIDEARM,” Sports Information Director Brandon
Davis said. “Our goal is to make sure that dominicanathletics.com
continues to highlight the accomplishments of our student-athletes
and to provide a quality experience for all of our users.”
The new site has taken into consideration the way that fans now
experience the web. The new dominicanathletics.com will
make for a more enjoyable experience not only for desktop users,
but will offer tablet users just as pleasing of a web
experience.
The university's website, www.dominican.edu, was also
recently relaunched at the end of October.
Dominican University of California is a private university located
