HPU's Matt Terry earns PacWest Player of Week

PHOENIX, AZ - Hawai‘i Pacific senior goalkeeper Matt Terry (Honolulu, HI/Saint Louis School) has been selected the Pacific West Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week.

The honor was announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, Oct. 26, for games played Oct. 19-25.

Terry was outstanding in three PacWest games during the week, boasting a 2-0-1 record with a 0.62 goals against average and an .875 save percentage.

He halted 14 of 16 shots on goal in 290 minutes of action, including nine vs. unbeaten Grand Canyon on Oct. 24 to preserve a 1-1 double-overtime draw.

He blanked Dixie State 3-0 on Oct. 22 and earned a 2-1 victory over Dominican (CA) on Oct. 20.

Chance Bukoski - Hawai‘i Pacific (So., 6-0, 185, F, Lihue, HI/Kapaa)...recorded three points on a goal and two assists in three games during the week...helped the Sea Warriors to a 2-0-1 mark during the stretch...assisted on game-tying goal vs. Grand Canyon on Oct. 24...assisted on the game-winning goal vs. Dixie State on Oct. 22...scored game-winner on Oct. 20 vs. Dominican (CA).

Pedro Guevara (right) - Dominican (CA) (So., 5-5, n/a, M, Santa Rosa, CA/Montgomery)...scored game-winning goal in overtime on a penalty kick at Chaminade on Oct. 24...Penguins won game 2-1...scored game-tying goal vs. HPU on Oct. 20...Dominican fell 2-1 in the contest.

Dane Kaylor - Hawai‘i Hilo (Sr., 6-1, 195, GK, Huntingdon Beach, CA/Edison)...registered a 1-0-0 record in two games during the week...posted a 0.00 goals against average in 115:13 of action...halted all seven shots he faced...blanked Dixie State 4-0 on Oct. 24...did not allow a goal in over 35 minutes of action in 2-1 loss vs. NDNU on Oct. 22.

Joseph Mora - Notre Dame de Namur (Fr.-r, 5-10, 180, GK, Las Vegas, NV/Silverado)...earned a pair of victories in a 2-0-0 week for the Argos...posted a 0.67 goals against average with six saves and an .857 save percentage...halted five of six shots on net vs. Hawai‘i Hilo in 2-1 victory on Oct. 22...stopped lone shot on goal while playing first half of a 2-1 Notre Dame de Namur win over BYU-Hawaii on Oct. 24.

Vincent Muscarella - Hawai‘i Hilo (So., 5-8, 160, F, Camarillo, CA/Newberry Park)...scored two goals and totaled four points over two games for the Vulcans...tallied a goal in a 2-1 loss vs. NDNU on Oct. 22...scored game's second goal in a 4-0 blanking of Dixie State on Oct. 24.

Jordan Roylance (left) - Dixie State (Fr., 5-9, 150, F, Smithfield, UT/Sky View)...rallied the Red Storm from a 2-0 deficit for a 3-2 double-overtime victory at BYU-Hawaii on Oct. 20...scored a natural hat-trick by posting three straight goals from the 69th minute to the 106th minute.
