GCU vs. Seattle Pacific in L.A. for opening round of NCAA II Women’s Soccer Championship

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The Grand Canyon women’s soccer team will face Seattle Pacific in Los Angeles in the opening round of the NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer National Championship Tournament.

The two teams will square off in the West Region First Round this Thursday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m. at Cal State Los Angeles. The winner will take on host Cal State L.A. on Saturday, Nov. 12, at noon.

Grand Canyon grabbed a spot in the NCAA II Tournament by finishing 9-5-3 overall and 8-2-2 in the PacWest. The Antelopes earned the automatic berth after finishing second in the league behind California Baptist who is not yet eligible for NCAA II post-season action.
