Jenny Chin named NCAA II Senior of the Year

Jenny Chin BYU-Hawaii's Jenny Chin tabbed as Senior Player of the Year by ITA

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL - Brigham Young University Hawaii women’s tennis player Jenny Chin was honored on May 11 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) as the NCAA II National Senior Player of the Year.

Chin also received the same award for the West Region. The honor is given to the top senior tennis player annually by the ITA.

A native of Seoul, South Korea, Chin is undefeated this season in both singles and doubles play. She is currently 18-0 in singles, playing mostly at the number five position, and 21-0 with partner Salina Aranda in doubles, playing mostly at the number three position for the third-ranked Seasiders.

Chin also won the ITA NCAA II Doubles Tournament last fall for the second year in a row.
